The SPRINGFIELD KingPin 7 inch x 7 inch Aluminum Base is made with high-strength aluminum that has a brushed satin finish. This base requires a 3-1/2 inch diameter hole that extends 2-1/2 inch below deck. This Standard (non-threaded) KingPin deck bases contain a bushing that accepts KingPin posts and seat mounts for fishing in the Hi-Lo seating positions. Simply plug a Standard KingPin seat mount directly into a Standard KingPin base to sit in the Lo position.
