This is a serious ocean-going rod, light in weight but brutally strong, built on a 30-ton Japanese Toray Carbon blank enhanced with Nomad's Helix30T 45 wrapping construction. The super-strong butt section and stiffer tip imparts the responsiveness needed to maximize your catch.

Classic teardrop shape, ideal for almost all jigging styles. Comes rigged ready to fish out of the packet, from fast and erratic mid-water dwelling species like Kingfish, to a more slow and methodical slow-pitch style of jigging for bottom species. The wider body profile makes the jig flutter more on the drop and produces a wider thumping action on the lift. Comes fitted with a super strong BKK assist hook.
