RIO Striped Bass Leaders 30lb - RIO's Striped Bass leaders are designed and built to match the needs of the striper fly fisher. The leaders are made of a stiff nylon and have a powerful butt and taper design that easily turns over large striper patterns and copes with tough winds. The nylon is easy to knot and retains high knot strength.

RIO's indicator leaders have a unique design that is ideal for the indicator fly fisher. A powerful butt section and very short taper, easily turns over all manner of indicators, and a long, level tip section allows flies to sink evenly and quickly. The orange butt section is visible enough to be used as an indicator in its own right. Each leader is 10ft long, and available in 5 sizes from 6X (3.4lb) to 2X (10lb). An excellent leader for chironomid fishing or casting indicators.
